Idus purchasing module
All types of purchases can be managed in the system. The function for internal requests for purchase are also available in web based form. In that way requests for purchase can be used by staff who wish to carry out a purchase but doesn’t use Idus.
This means that all staff members in a company can use requests for purchase to receive spare parts, supplies and services. Requests pass on to certification and later reaches the purchasing department that creates a purchase in Idus.
Other functions in the purchasing modules.
Communication within the system like questions and answers between purchaser and receiver. Pricing inquiry from the purchasing system. Searching in the storage module on articles and suppliers, purchasing history and so forth.
